Here’s the sad sight of the former Brixton Food Court on Atlantic Road, as captured yesterday.
Opening in late 2015, the Food Court offered a new, affordable, outdoor eating and drinking space in the heart of Brixton.

Occupied by a collection of small traders, the Court was a welcome addition to a local landscape that was increasingly being dominated by trendy and expensive food outlets.
Sadly, the market was closed for good in September 2016 after land owners TfL revoked the landlord’s licence. Read the full story here.
